After the rush of the holidays, I started working on the little squares for the Breast Cancer Beaded Quilt. I have also been crocheting. Between the two of them, blogging got pushed to the back burner. I hope to remedy that after I mail off the squares (photos at a later date) next week!
A friend asked for a wide headband to cover her ears.  The first one I made wasn’t warm enough, so, I switched yarns and made her an ear warmer.  Since she has long hair, I left the back open and added purple buttons to make it easy to adjust the fit.  The yarn is Red Heart Kids Crayon Multi.  The stitch is half-double with a single crochet edging.
